Optimism Skills Toolkit

30 years of psychological research suggests that the skills of optimism (not positive thinking) improve mood, performance in school, sport and work by helping people persist in difficult situations. This program explores various approaches to developing optimism, including psychological skills, brain chemistry, personality links, music and physical exercise.

A great program for teachers, child-care workers, counselors, rehab professionals and welfare staff or anyone that needs to help others develop optimism skills using proven methods.
