Personality Profiling Seminar

When you want to improve teamwork, having an understanding of personality can assist people to get the best from themselves and each other. Using tools such as MBTI and NEO PI, we provide staff with an outline of the dimensions of personality, communication differences, social styles, stress triggers, team balance and career issues.

Our aim is to look at differences rather than pigeon-holing people and we get terrific feedback from staff who have attended this program.

When you have an idea of what you might like for your seminar, please give us a call or send an email. You will need your preferred dates (it’s often best to have a few possible dates if you can), approximate number of participants and likely location.
