Stress and fatigue are increasing in the workplace, with many staff feeling overwhelmed by their professional and personal responsibilities. Our wellbeing programs provide innovative and practical strategies for improving wellness at work.

The programs include: emotional intelligence profiling to determine key strengths, latest research on preventing burnout, boosting mood and energy at work, overcoming fatigue and boredom, how your personality links to stress and wellbeing, key psychological skills for maintaining wellbeing, the latest on mood nutrition and techniques for boosting positive brain chemistry. Staff then have the opportunity to develop personal wellbeing plans and build team-based strategies for maintaining wellness at work.

You will need your preferred dates (it’s often best to have a few possible dates if you can), approximate number of participants and likely location.
