Wellbeing Toolkit for Parents

This evening program introduces ways for parents to help their kids (and themselves) build wellbeing by exploring research-based strategies that can be implemented immediately.

Content includes mood and energy management, mood nutrition, optimism skills and questions to help kids solve problems.

Feedback from past attendees confirms that kids experience fast and effective improvement in managing fears, concentration, school problems, fatigue and friendship problems using the strategies we present at our parent seminars.

 

 

How to book

When you have an idea of what you might like for your seminar, please give us a call or send an email. You will need your preferred dates (it’s often best to have a few possible dates if you can), approximate number of participants and likely location. This will enable us to calculate a program fee for you.
