Selina Byrne

Consulting Psychologist and Clinical Nutritionist

Selina has been incorporating clinical nutrition in her psychological consultations since 2001. When working with anxiety, fatigue conditions, ADHD and high performance, correct nutrition is a cornerstone of treatment. Selina educates clients on research-based approaches that are tailored for their particular needs, in terms of food intake, gut health and nutrition supplementation. Selina’s clients benefit from this holistic approach as part of general services. 

Bronwyn Williams

Consulting Psychologist

Bronwyn Williams is a registered psychologist with a strong background counselling adults and teenagers. She has worked with highly diverse populations in a range of settings, including private practice, community health, psychiatric rehabilitation, family reconciliation, youth and mediation services.

 

Bronwyn’s flexible approach to counselling draws upon the biopsychosocial model which recognises biological, psychological and social factors in health and wellbeing.

 

Bronwyn’s therapeutic approaches include strength based work, solution focussed, cognitive and behavioural therapies including, ACT, mindfulness, behavioural activation, motivational interviewing, problem solving, eye movement therapy, nutrition and lifestyle adjustments.

 

Bronwyn’s approach to therapy is to recognise the unique personal strengths and experiences of the person, develop new skills and collaboratively work upon agreed upon solutions.

 

Bronwyn’s experience includes working with mood and anxiety related conditions, trauma, grief and loss, emotional regulation, adjustment, identity concerns, LGBTQI related issues, workplace conflict, personality disorders, weight and body image concerns, relationships and motivation.

 

Bronwyn is a full member of the Australian Association of Psychologists and is registered to provide psychology services under Medicare.
